A Hockey Question

What Is a Natural Hat Trick…? I Know what a reguler hat trick is but what is a Natural hat trick?

Hi,

Looks like you’re new to the board, so you may not have noticed that there are a number of different areas on the board. The one that this question should be asked in is “General Questions”. This area (or forum) is for questions about the operation of the message board.

If you repost your question in General Questions, I’m sure you’ll get an answer! (I don’t know, so I can’t answer it for you)

Fenris

A natural hat trick is three goals scored by a player in one period, rather than being spaced out over the course of a game.

I thought it was 3 consecutive goals, not necessarily in the same period. I could be wrong but that’s what I thought.

I don’t know Montfort, I always thought it was three goals scored in a row. That is, the same player scores three consecutive goals with no player from either team scoring in between.

Of course, I could be wrong.

Apparently, I am corrected: it’s when a player scores three consecutive goals, not necessarily in one period.
