A hug between twins brings life - real or UL?

This story sounds like an Urban Legend, but I could find no mention of it on Snopes, so I thought I would toss it outo the “teem” and see what you think:

The email contained a JPEG picture of twin newborns laying side by side, still hooked up to all sorts of incubator tubes. One of the newborns has his arm around the shoulders of the other. The text explains that one of the twins was not expected to live. Then a nurse, against hospital rules, decided to place both twins in the same incubator. The healthy one embraced the dying one, and the dying one, predictably, stabilized and is now healthy and happy.

So what’s the straight dope? Anyone seen this one??

Did the e-mail come with any kind of website address?

My guess would be that it’s a perfectly legitimate medical story–twins were born, one was expected to die but lived instead. But then whoever sent out the e-mail, for reasons of his own, added the “spin” to it, along with what is probably a posed picture.

Weekly World News stuff, where they take a legitimate picture and add a caption.

Or, maybe, heck, it’s just a posed picture with a sappy story. Were they asking for money or something?
