Man, there are probably hundreds of hip hop songs that fit the description. A few off the top of my head:
Doug E. Fresh – “The Show”
Salt n Pepa – “The Show-stopper”
MC Shan – “The Bridge”
Boogie Down Productions – “South Bronx”
MC Shan – “Kill That Noise”
BDP – “The Bridge Is Over”
Kool Moe Dee – “How Ya Like Me Now?”
LL Cool J – “Jack The Ripper”
Kool Moe Dee – “Let’s Go”
LL Cool J – “To Tha Break of Dawn”
LL Cool J – “4,3,2,1”
Canibus – “Second Round Knockout”
Eminem – “I Remember”
Everlast – “Whitey’s Revenge”
davidw, if we are going to count battle rhymes, we gotta count
Jay Z – “Takeover”
Nas – “Ether”
Not since BDP’s ‘The Bridge is Over’ has a battle rhyme been so devastating. Ether burned the eyebrows off of Jay Z.
Also, Canibus busted LL’s ass on Second Round Knockout.

Jayne Mansfield sung the “answer song” to Chantilly Lace:

The second customer review for the CD actually talks about it.
I don’t think this has been mentioned yet. Not strictly an answer, more like a disagreement:
“Love Will Keep Us Together” – Captain and Tennille
“Love Will Tear Us Apart” – Joy Division
I’m not sure if it’s an answer as much as a diss, but 3rd Bass had “Pop Goes the Weasel” in response to Vanilla Ice’s “Ice Ice Baby.”
The obnoxious Shaggy song “It Wasn’t Me” was responded to by Lady Saw in the equally obnoxious “Son of a Bitch.”
Duran Duran answered their own “The Chauffeur” in a fashion, in “Drive-By.”
“Was it a millionaire who said ‘imagine no possessions’?” -Elvis Costello, in “The Other Side of Summer” (though the song as a whole isn’t an answer song)
The Kinks’ “Waterloo Sunset” has had several answers or sequels .
