Since the topic is music I’m hoping CS is the place for this. If not, I tried.
Here’s the plan:
Listen to this YouTube clip
Think of some other music that sounds (to you) like it
Find a clip of the other piece
Post it
Start another chain
Let’s ID them. Call this one Z1:
Tributo ao Mustang 1966 - música “Aujourd’hui C’est Toi” - “Hoje é Você” de Francis Lai
Probably only similar due to the latin flavor - but I thought of this one:
ID: BD1
Cake - “Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps”

Cool! The voice quality of the singer made me think immediately of (ID:Z2)
Gran Torino - Jamie Cullum
(the car connection may also apply)
Hold on, I’m confused. Am I supposed to start new chains, or just continue existing ones?
For the Cake Song, I might offer:
ID: BD2
Song For My Father
(And there’s an obvious continuation of this chain; I’m sure someone will catch it.)

As OP I’m declaring there are no hard and fast rules in this thread. Pick one of the pieces already posted and go from there. Start new ones at your own pace.
Yours made me think of an old favorite (ID:Z3):
Leon Thomas - Song for my Father

BD2:
This reminds me of “Dr. Evil” by They Might Be Giants from Austin Powers.
OK, I give up on figuring out how to ID these, but that reminds me of
The Twin Peaks theme .

It should be no surprise that this forced me to think of (ID:Z4):
Goldfinger

Okay. Dump the ID’s as long as you quote the one you’re following.
The way the shift happened in your clip made me go to (ID:Z5):
Love On A Real Train (Risky Business) Tangerine Dream 1985
This reminds me of “Intro” by The xx
Which reminds me of
The Eternal by Joy Division.

New Wave w/ a baritone singer led me to:
Depeche Mode - “Enjoy the Silence”
The drums reminded me of marching band, which reminded me of:
Mucca Pazza - (don’t know the song title)

Yeah, the drums can go so many places like Drum and Bugle Corps, and the big street band makes me think of New Orleans, but the first thing your clip made me think of is the whole category of (ID:Z7):
Amazing Street Drum Skills and other clips near that one.
I should say that the other clips mentioned above (where I haven’t responded) caused me to draw a blank. I would have had to make something up for them.

My favourite drum song: Fleetwood Mac, Go Your Own Way

Spinning off in another direction from your clip I’m wondering what the beat/groove in this tune makes you think of (other than more Fleetwood Mac)
Call this one Z8:
Fleetwood Mac - Dreams
A little tangential, but opening bassline groove, female vocals, I thought of:
Into the White by the Pixies.

As far as tangential goes, it was way late in the tune before I began to think of (ID:Z9):
Susanne Vega - Tom’s Diner

What’s that continuation you speak of? Nothing has grabbed me yet…
