A New Earth???

Curious to know what everyonje thinks of Saturn’s moon Titan going through the early signs of Earth? Just curious.

Care to elaborate a little? Like maybe a link or a reference to what you’re talking about? Thanks.

yeah a link! or somethin!

(looking at Andros in hopes of a feeling of comraderie)

kicking some dirt … so there!

Are you asking whether the atmosphere of Titan is similar in composition to what we think was the pre-biotic atmosphere of Earth? Or does my Telepatho-matic need adjusting?

As others have said, a little more detail as to exactly what you are asking would be helpful.

Thank you.

Given Aquarius rising and Venus in ascendance, it means that people born under the sign of Aries should postpone any airline flights set to travel over Wyoming. People born under the sign of Capricorn should have a wild fling with their co-workers. And people born under the sign of Cancer will have extremely good luck with their smart-assed posting today.

Sorry. Next time, elaborate a little, or provide references and/or links.

This is not a sig.

And you tell me this now, after all my coworkers are gone for the day??

Jeez, thanks for nuthin’.

Good thing that Aries people don’t believe in astrology…

You owe me one, GG.

Maybe this will get something started:

Going throught the early signs of Earth is a difficult period in any planetoids life.

I am gratified to see your concern over Titan.

You may not be aware of this, but not everyone takes the time to really sit down with their planetoids and discuss the changes going on.

You need to show your planetoid that your there for it as it goes through the awkward signs of Earth. When its atmosphere changes nothing seems right. Some of the more mature jovian moons may poke fun at your developing planetoid as it struggles to find its identity.

Don’t be too concerned, this is all natural. Soon the atmosphere may stabilize. You will find that seismic events settle down, and your awkward little planetoid will have become a self confident planet, ready to go out into the solar system and make you proud!

I hoped this helped.

My ideas are currently being studied by experts at Cambridge… …SO THERE!!!

That’s what I guessed. But I still don’t know what “everyonje” is supposed to be thinking about concerning it.

Omigod, Scylla!

I nominate this post for SOMEthing!

Melin:

Thanks Bud,

Well, darnit, DrF, don’t waste time with these discredited telepathic methods.
Send everyonje an e-mail and ask!

It is often said that “anything is possible”. In fact, very few things are possible, and most of them have already happened.

Not to rain on your parade, Guy, but what similarities do you see here?

We can only guess at Earth’s early atmosphere, and Titan’s colder than my banker’s heart. And unlike Earth, it’s a satellite.

Would you throw us a bone? As Eve would put it, we’re arms akimbo here.

Thank yew.

I don’t have to do drugs to mess up my head. I went to Catholic school.

Scylla, Melin’s not a Bud.

She’s a foxy, ball-stomping, wedgie-giving, Corporate Lawyer Bitch.

You’re welcome.

I don’t have to do drugs to mess up my head. I went to Catholic school.

Does that mean she can’t be my bud?

Sure she can, Scylla.

By the way, how do you feel about wedgies?

Wally:

Wedgies are ok as long as I’m laughing at the recipient rather being on the receiving end.

I think your post counters broken, you better have somebody take a look at it seeing as your stuck at 1560. Have you been neglecting your service contract on that thing?

PS foxy, huh?

I think there’s something in this month’s Scientific American on Titan, but I haven’t read it. Just a hint to those asking for a cite.
