I like the horse of a different color
Tin Man. Found him cheeky and he had a lovely smile, espically in the song he sings. And he’s got beautiful eyes!
I always thought for a “good witch”, Glenda was kind of a bitch. She knows how Dorothy can go home the entire time, but instead of helping her out she not only doesn’t tell Dorothy how to get home, but lies to her, sending her on a futile quest in which she almost gets murdered.
The Shaggy Man. I mean, he has the Love Magnet. He wins by acclamation.
O’course, without it, he’s just a grubby old perv, but we are not to judge, just to love.
I pick the scarecrow because he was the most comical.

God bless you always!!!
Holly
P.S. I love when he yells out “Help!” after he gets done telling the tin man, “Its no use screaming at a time like this! Nobody will hear you!”

We need to form the 1st Straight Dope Flying Monkey Squadron.
<checks to see if I posted on this thread seven years ago… nope… okay>
Scarecrow all the way. He’s the only character that I didn’t want to see ripped apart by the flying monkeys.
Glinda. She was just faaaaaaaaaaabulous!
The Jitterbug (cut out of the movie).
Toto! And the Scarecrow.
On the flip side, the character that scared me the most was not the Witch, or her flying monkeys, but that horrible, twitchy little “Lollipop Guild” guy.
Scarecrow
I love 'em all. Too hard to pick just one. Cowardly Lion does get the best song, though.
Toto.
