What is the style of dressing that was popular in the late-1950s through the early-1960s that features (what would now be) dress slacks, a short-sleeve shirt with a three-button closure at the neck and a collar, and a pork-pie or similar hat? ‘Late Rat Pack’? ‘Early Mod’? Something else?
It wasn’t a pork pie hat, it was a trilby.
“Late Rat Pack” is a brilliant name for this style.
Is someone thinking of re-naming it " The Johnny L.A. " ?

Ha! No, I don’t actually dress that way. (Well, okay. The hat.) I pulled out the old script today, and needed a name for how the character dresses.
