[ I’m putting this in CS rather than anywhere else because here’s where spoilers tend to be used.
If you have spoilers right at the beginning of your thread, chances are they’ll appear in a mouseover. This can easily be avoided by simply putting a “[” left bracket into your spoiler box before your actual words.
[ spoiler ] Rosebud is the name of his sled! [/ spoiler ] - Shows up in mouseover.
[ spoiler ] [ Rosebud is the name of his sled! [/ spoiler] - Doesn’t.
Best part is, adding that extra bracket only removes the spoiler box - anything after it will show up as normal. The one problem is if you put tags within the spoiler; if you do that, you have to put another “[” just after the end bracket of that tag, too. But it’s easy enough. And as you can see from this thread… it works!
