This is random, but I jut felt the urge to post a topic, no matter how pointless.
Orlando job - I had my own office, nice paintings on the wall, plant, file cabinets, a pretty big desk, and no windows.
Atlanta job - I am in a cube located at the end of an aisle, slightly smaller desk, no plants, pictures, or filing cabinets. My 4th cube wall is made up of a window which lets me see 75/85 and a pretty darn good view of downtown Atlanta.
I say the cube with a window is much better than an office without a window.
Now, aren’t you glad you wasted all of that time to read this. Send me a SASE, and I’ll mail you back the one minute of your life you lost reading my rambling.
We went right out there and refused to do accoustical versions of the electrical songs that we had refused to record in the first place.
I am moving to my very own office next week.(It came with a raise, a new pc and lots of other nifty bells and whistles.) It has a very large window on the back wall. Until then I am in a cubicle at the end of the office, not a bad one, it’s not in a high traffic area. I have worked here for 3 years and I get my own office next week, I go on vacation May 6th, and I put my 2 weeks notice in May 19th. Lovely, huh?
Hey Mully, sounds better than the 8’x8’ padded wall room with bars on the window.
I never had an office with a window… not even a porthole for that matter.

At one of my old jobs I had a window with a view of the Pacific Ocean. Oh, how I miss it! I have a small picture of the ocean here, but it’s just not the same!
I agree, Mullinator! I have a pretty nice cube right now, not too small, low traffic, secluded, I could nap back here if I really wanted to some days. My window, however, provides me with a lovely view of the side of the next building. I’d sacrifice a little space for a view… then again, that napping thing kicks ass.
Gamera is really neat, he is full of turtle meat, we’ve been eating Gam-er-aaaa…
