A Shoggoth on the Roof

A Lovecraftian musical: http://www.cthulhulives.org/Musical/cdinfo.html

These people have taken their obsession with H.P. Lovecraft to hights (or depths) I had not previously thought possible.

Check out the mp3s, and the “documentary”. Strange, very strange.

OK, thank you for pointing this out. I LOVE this! Lovecraft and Fiddler on the Roof a dementedly inspired pairing. The performances are excellent, although the orchestration is too synthetic, but still. . . .

Can’t you imagine Zero Mostel as the the Great Old One, Cthulu?

If you love Lovecraft you’ll love this band…
The Darkest of the Hillside Thickets

Be sure to look up “A Very Cthulu Christmas” in Teemings Extras.

This reminds me of this online comic where the characters put together a little public access show calle My Nieghbor Cthulu. It was about Cthulu entering into the witness protection program in order to hide from the mob and being placed with your average, everyday family.
There needs to be more stuff like this.

You mean, like Tales of the Plush Cthulhu?

As I hve posted before, the best search engine for HPL is http://www.cthuugle.com/

I remember that!

From Something Positive, a very funny webcomic:

Inspired. I love it.

Favorite Musical Ever.

And if you ever get the chance to see them live, they’re worth the effort!
