Hey THespos, vBulletin, I suspect, does queries against the database just like anything else. So a handy search shouldn’t take more resources than a search for anyone else. If you want to have a small-resource-using query, we’d have to know the indicies into the table. But limiting the time period should help. I suspect lots of “any time” queries would really slow things down.

Ok, I know I’m a relatively new doper here, but would someone tell me why post count is so important? I think cup size is much more relevant (36 C)
IF you’re going to do that, why not just not keep track of post count at all? Or not put it beneath people’s names.

It was about total disreguard for public and private property, drinking beer, eating hot wings and cheesy poofs.
And who could ever forget the little hairless cat-like thing, or the moose slong.
From those of us with a crappy 56k connections with no access to high speed phone or cable ISP’s.
Anything that increases my speed is appreciated.
