Something for a geek with a decent cool factor would be this micro SD reader. you have to buy a micro-sd card to go with it but it’s super small. The card slides into the USP plug end and only 1/4 inch sticks out of the computer. You can combine that with a boom box with a USBport and he can carry his music around with him.
