I have the same problem but in a different motherboard.
I dont find anything saying pwr button or anything else i just find a KEYLOCK jumper.
So can anyone help me?

I suggest you start a new thread for something like this. You’re more likely have people answer your question.
you found an unused metallic post shorting your board. even if all the mounting holes line up there is a similar issue.
motherboard would have one mounting screw hole surround with closely (comes
within the diameter of a screw head) contacts for the board ground; this should have a metal screw and a metal post or dimple below it.
many other mounting holes that have nonground traces very close to it. if you mount these locations on a metal post or dimple you would short out the board. these holes need to be supported by nonmetalic posts and/or have nonmetalic washers used on both sides of the board.
The dual-Celeron boards were indeed the BP6; I think I’ve still got two of those somewhere. And two Abit VP6 boards.
