About Dental Appliances

Need some advice when using an appliance. My dentist advised I should use it whenever I ate, especially with food that needed to be chewed well.

I don’t have a problem with breakfast or dinner because I’m at home, but I have a problem with lunch. I usually eat lunch out at work and in order to use the appliance, I must put in on in the morning. If I chew something which generates lots of pieces some pieces get under the appliance. I don’t take the container for the appliance to work as it’s rather large and cumbersome (also it tells the world I use this apparatus :o ).

Any advice from appliance wearers?
