The links all go to .m3u files, which are text files that contain the URL of the .mp3 file you are interested in. Why they did this is beyond me, as the .mp3 files are all perfectly normal and can be downloaded and saved just like any other .mp3 file in the world.

No. The only one with standing to bring suit is the author and singer of the original, and he knows about all this and is very happy about the whole deal. Read the page I linked to.
That’s actually not the tune I was expecting…I figured it would be the one sometimes heard on John Boy & Billy’s radio show. I think I like this one better. Has that gospel vibe to it, which makes for righteous ass kicking…the very best kind. 
It’s possible John Boy & Billy* played one of the remixes.
*(That takes me back. I haven’t heard The Big Show since I lived in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and that’s been seven years now.)
The rock remix would be a great walkout song for a boxing match.
