absolutely relative/relatively absolute?

What is *absolutely relative * and relatively absolute? What is the difference b/w the two?

A priest asked me this and I had no clue what it meant or what he was implying. Is there an answer to this?

relatively absolute: compared to other things, this thing stays more-or-less close to a set value/location/size/etc.

absolutely relative: this thing will always be taken in consideration to other things and will not stick to a set value/location/size/etc.

What was the context?
