Access 2007 - Inserting a link into a table

I haven’t used Access in about 3 years, but I am fairly familiar with it.
However, I cannot remember, and Googling has not helped, if in a table if you can insert a link to a form.

If you can, then how?

Edit, I know on a form you can create a control to open another form using a macro, but I’m just curious if there is such a thing as a hyperlink to a form.

The link contents would be: display text##form name
