So an employee could constantly lie about another employee, accusations that suspend that person’s pay, and **never **be disciplined for it? That’s kind of fucked up.
I mean, presumably that person could get put on a very tight leash and written up for every single legitimate infraction going forward so the organization could establish a case for firing them that couldn’t be considered retaliatory, but jeeze.
