There’s that notorious line about Ronald Reagan that allegedly gave as one of his biggest strengths that he’d be on set “on time and sober”. Having known some people in the business, work ethic IS highly valued. Especially for cast players if there’s the likelihood your lead is already him/herself a PITA.
