women do have them, they are just not that pronounced. at least I’ve seen people who SAY they are women have them, I didn’t go checking!

Edward is right–they do have them.
The Adam’s Apple is the tip of the Thyroid cartilage, which is one of the anatomical elements of the larynx.
The vocal anatomy is identical for men and women, except that men’s larynxes tend to be considerably larger and the individual parts more pronounced; so, women do have Adam’s Apples, but they usually aren’t noticable.
A lot of men don’t have noticable Adam’s Apples either. It all depends on the individual’s anatomy, body fat, etc.
