Interesting OP/User name combo we have here.
Also not sure why this is in Cafe Society. Is there a new reality show I’m unaware of? Or something?

That’s why I only use propane and propane accessories.

Have you had it checked yet? Those can be trouble, you know.
I’ve used both the hickory and the mesquite, I love them both. The mesquite is a must for fajitas.

Nitpick: smoke source, and only the cuties.
Mike Rowe did a Dirty Jobs episode at a charcoal place. A very small back woods operation. It was very nasty and dirty work.
Butane is a bastard gas.

We’ll wait.
Oh, okay, back? Did you find the “pointless” part? And the “Must Share” part? Yep. This is as good a spot as any for this thread. Which kind of really isn’t a thread. Or maybe. I’m so confused.
Coal and unusual.
When I read this post, my brain automatically put it in Hank Hill’s voice.
I hear ya. That’s why I only grill with wood from used railroad ties. I find the residual creosote adds a little extra ‘bite’, especially with chicken.
