The characters in Futurama had to deal with many adult issues:
drug addiction, going to war, taxes, accidentally bein declared dead, taxes, worm infections, horrible gelatinous blobs, accidentally impregnating your own grandmother…

I think we can break this into two categories–animated humans having non-PG but realistic problems, and animated animals having non-PG but realistic problems. Donald Duck having a stroke (probably a pretty high risk given his temper) would just feel different than Peter Griffin having a stroke.
The early 1970’s Hanna-Barbera series Wait Till Your Father Gets Home frequently dealt with social issues, including crime, discrimination, and sexual harassment.
There was that time Optimus Prime got prostate cancer.
Okay, so that was Robot Chicken, but it was still the first thing that popped in my head from this topic.
Anybody who wants to watch animated food items killing and fucking (with a side order of human cannibalism) need go no further than Foodtopia on Amazon Prime.
Many of us were subjected to a Disney-produced film on menstruation, in the 1960s / 1970s. It was really weird seeing these females who looked like Snow White talking about that topic.
And Warner Brothers cartoons from the WWII era dealt with a lot of war-related issues (often in ways that would be considered SPECTACULARLY offensive / racist now).
We did in 1987 and had a blast - it was not remotely crowded, and we could ride any ride we wanted without crazy line times.
We tried to repeat that, in 2016, and found that Disney has marketed themselves to the point of being utterly unenjoyable. If I want to stand around in the hot sun for 2 hours at a time, I can do that at home without paying 300 bucks a day for travel and hotels.
Disney World is still our go-to for vacations. We don’t go every year but we’ve gone a few times in the past decade.
My wife and I spent our honeymoon there. It was my first time being at a Disney park since as a kid my family could never afford it. I love it there.
Though the last time I went there, I had to bunker down in a hotel for Hurricane Ian.
Disneyland has nine lands, and there are two parks- also Disney California Adventure.
WDW has four parks, (and a couple water parks) with many “lands”.
Nine now, Galaxy;s Edge.
I’d rather not say; we don’t talk about Bruno.
In Encanto, Bruno is the “black sheep” , weirdo of the family upon whom all hardships are blamed. This Screen Rant article uses “gaslighting” to describe the family’s treatment of him and points to neurodiversity and the misunderstanding surrounding it.
