Advice on tracing a lost relative last heard from in Rome,Ga circa 1976

My girlfriend has been doing ancestry research, and just found out she has an aunt on her father’s side that she never knew existed. Her name is Jackie Lee (or Jacqueline?)

The last information she has about her is a letter written to her father in 1976 from the town of Rome, GA. She was born around 1945 in California, and then moved to Georgia as an adult. She signed her letter “Jackie Lou” and at the time was either married or living with a man named David.

We’ve tried ancestry.com (and google) to find any record of her, put ads on craigslist, contacted the apartment complex she lived in, but have had zero luck. Anyone have an ideas for taking this further, or live in that neck of the woods and have any leads ?

Thanks all

Veromi.net lists a Jackie Lee in Rome, GA. You have to pay to see more information, but they claim to have 2 phone numbers and one address for her. It may or may not be who you are looking for.

Zabasearch.com has one Jackie Lee in Rome, GA, with a phone number and address available for free.

I should add, this Jackie Lee is apparently 53 years old. Yours is 63. (However, the age information on these is not always correct.)

I am frequently in Rome, if you need any help. It’s kind of a big place. In fact I seem to recall reading that it’s the largest city in the US not located on an interstate.

This is easy you let THEM FIND YOU. For $7.00 a year you get a domain name that is her name, like EthelMaePotter.Com

(Of course this works only if the name isn’t too common)

Sooner or later EVERYONE puts their own name in google or tries to see what “their-own-name.com” is

I’ve done this even for famous people and they have always discovered it sooner or later and contacted me. I always say "you can have the domain name if you pay me what I paid for it (which is $7.00) then I arrange a meeting. I met three relatively famous people that way and one big name, (we’ll he’s big in Australia and Europe more so than here) by using this approach.
