I got my latest phone bill and it was about $15 less than usual. Looking more carefully, I saw that there was something called an “AFOR enforcement credit” that wiped out the $15 in fees that are normally tacked onto my bill. Googling just gets me a bunch of legal documents and opinions that I can’t make heads or tails of and somehow I doubt the customer service people could tell me what it is. It looks like Qwest screwed something up and owes its customers money, but that’s about all I can figure out. I have no idea what’s going on or even how long I might get this credit. Anyone know about this?
