I’ve heard Papillons are very bright. True?
That is one cyooot puppy. I made this completely unintentional squeaking noise when I opened the first picture.
Very, very true. Smart, easy to train, and they figure out quickly how to wrap you right around their tiny little paw . 
They are however, hard to housebreak. That is their ONLY bad trait.
And even tho they are small dogs, they are definitely not frou-frou dogs. They are active, sturdy little guys that are happy to take a long hike with you or play fetch for hours.
And how do you resist these faces?
