Eye-Gore would have no problem finding a good selection of brains at the Museum of Neuroanatomy in Buffalo, NY, colloquially called The Brain Museum. It’s this week’s featured site at Roadside America:
My favorite bit:
The Biology of Man exhibit at the Boston Museum of Science, by the way, used to have a big Plexiglas dome with specimens of several different animal brains in it. It’s gone now, in the wake of a massive redesign of the exhibit. But I used to go in there and immediately think “10o quatloos on the bare-chested starship captain!”
