No, it tickled someone’s chin. (I can’t remember who.) Biggirl wins unless someone can give a better answer.
I think Biggirl is right. It’s the episode where Rachel and Ross get romantic. When Ross makes his move, Rachel starts laughing. Later in the episode, he asks Chandler if a girl ever laughed him like that and Chandler mentioned that his flock of seagulls haircut tickled his girlfriend’s chin.
And…Rachel’s favorite movie was definitely Weekend at Bernie’s*. I may be wrong about Dangerous Liaisons (maybe Terms of Endearment) but I’m 100% sure about Weekend at Bernie’s.
