My friend created a neat program that acts as an answering machine service for AOL Instant Messenger. When you’re offline, AIM users can drop you messages that you can pick up later. It’s a lot easier than email, plus you can leave yourself messages and reminders.
To register, Instant Message this screenname: AIMStickieNotes
Try it out, it’s rather handy. And feel free to share it with whomever you please.
Well, now- that’s really sweet of you, Searching. It’s nice of you to share a new toy with all of us. Thank you.
GaTechJoe- How ungracious of you. It is extremely unkind and “jerk-like” to throw a gift in the giver’s face. And I’d say that your post is the most boring one in this thread so far.
You know, they usually say not to ressurect old threads like this, but I guess if you have something substantial like that to add, they should make an exception.
I checked, by the way - AIMStickieNotes is not online.
Sorry, sorry. Was just teasing. I think I’m actually responsible for showing Searching For Truth AimStickyNotes. It was made by our mutual friend. I did not mean to offend.
Thanks, jes. Nice to know someone’s got my back and knows their manners.
Joe! Wow! You joined! I’m so elated that I won’t even yell at you for raining on my parade. I’m downright proud of myself. [sub]Then again, that might be the rum talkin’ to you. Again. [/sub]
