I used to love this stuff, but I can’t find it in grocery stores anymore. 
Can anybody in Toronto-area help me out?
Do you mean raw kernals from which to make popcorn, or already-air-popped-by-somebody-else popcorn?
I’m not sure why you would want the latter (just pop it yourself), but I would think you should be able to find non microwave popcorn.

Nonono, air-popped popcorn is already popped popcorn, done by a different method than regular popcorn…
What N9IWP was getting at is that you could just buy an air popper.
