I was playing about looking at some Weird Earl’s sites and had a look at this tin pot outfit.

Check out the introduction to parapsychology page. They start with this quote:

“My goal is simple. It is complete understanding of the universe, why it is as it is and why it exists at all.” – Stephen Hawking

… and then segue straight into their blurb, which begins:

Parapsychology has been studied for over one hundred years by some of the most proficient scientists and philosophers of the modern world.

Now does that give a bit of a misleading fucking impression or what, eh?

Didn’t you know that Stephen Hawking is actually one of the leading new-age fern-sniffers[sup]1[/sup] of our time? All that science stuff is just a front, disguising his real interests.
