I would have never guessed. And Albert’s original name is “Albert Einstein”. The guy who plays Super Dave is his bro Bob Einstein.
I love the IMDB. The SDMB and IMDB are the two greatest resources ever made for the idlly curious.

[Spock]Fascinating[/Spock]
That would explain why neither is funny. It runs in the family.
Ahh, c’mon. Albert Brooks is friggin’ hilarious. “Defending Your Life” was great.
Here’s an interesting Albert Brooks story:
A have a friend who used to work for the local Fox affiliate. A few years ago, when The Simpsons went into syndication, Fox sent out a huge press kit which included the correct ways to advertise the show, which logos to use, etc. A note for the episode, “Bart’s Inner Child”, in which Brooks voices a self-help guru, absolutely farbade ANY mention of Brooks as being in the episode. Failure to adhere to this would cause the affiliate to lose ALL rights to broadcast the show.
Lost in America? The only thing lost is the two hours the viewer has invested in this boring piece of crap.
Albert Brooks has been in several episodes of “The Simpsons”, but he is never advertised as a special guest in any of them. His best role was as Jacques, the bowling pro who tried to seduce Marge.
“Marge, there are 10 pins in my heart. You have knocked down nine. Pick up the spare, Marge. Pick up the spare!”
I think Super Dave’s funnier but Albert is more of the smartass.
Real Life is an amzing movie.
