Dark Side of the Moon is the final lyric on the album of that name.
Across A Wire, Counting Crows’ live CD, takes its name from a lyric in the song “Omaha”.
Agents of Fortune, by Blue Oyster Cult, is a lyric in the song “E.T.I.”.

Doesn’t fit the OP, but the REM album title “epynomous” always blows my mind.
The Feelings - “Twelve Stops and Home”
Lyrics from the last song on the album - “Blue Piccadilly”
Simon and Garfunkel - Parsley, Sage, Rosemary & Thyme (lyrics from “Scarborough Fair”)
And their “Best of” album Films About Ghosts is from a line in “Mrs. Potter’s Lullaby.”
“If dreams are like movies
then memories are films about ghosts.”
Living With Ghosts by Patty Griffin. (from “Every Little Bit”: I don’t blame you for leaving baby, it’s cold living with ghosts)
Dammit!
I knew that if anyone would beat me to this one, it would be you.
I also wanted to post the Simon & Garfunkel one; that is the oldest one that I could think of.
The Beastie Boys did this quite a bit:
License to Ill (From Paul Revere {well actually he says license to kill})
Paul’s Boutique (From B-Boy Bouillabaisse)
Ill Communication (From Sure Shot)
Hello Nasty (From Putting Shame In Your Game)
Ohmigoodness another Sarah fan? Sweet!
Hmm, I came in here to mention a recent one: Snow Patrol has a song called “Hands Open”, with lyrics that go “With my hands open, with my eyes open”. And the album is called “Eyes Open”. So, kinda weird.
Rancid - …And Out Come The Wolves comes from the song “Junkie Man”
Chixdiggit - From Scene to Shining Scene - from the song “Sweaty and Hairless”
Van Halen - Women and Children First - from “Could This Be Magic?”
Van Halen - Fair Warning - from “Mean Streets”
oops, left off
Ramones - End of the Century from “Do You Remember Rock and Roll Radio?”
Pink Floyd - The Division Bell - from “High Hopes”
Interesting Trivia: the album title was suggested to David Gilmour by the late Douglas Adams.
Nirvana - Nevermind - from “Smells Like Teen Spirit”
A previous thread on this subject.
Oh and Alanis Morrisette’s newest album, “So-Called Chaos” is named for a song title. So there goes that streak. Annoying.
Isn’t it Ironic?
You and me both. I saw this thread earlier, and then just recently I ran across Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme in my CD collection. Gasp! I thought, I can go post this and seem knowledgeable about music and things! But alas, I was foiled.
I can think of one older one (by a few months):
Freak Out by the Mothers of Invention; the title phrase appears in “It Can’t Happen Here.”
“The Last Splash”, the Breeders.
From “Cannonball”, on the same album.
The Talking Heads film and concert album title Stop Making Sense is from the song Girlfriend is Better
Also, the album is Little Creatures but the song that lyric is from is Creatures of Love. Similarly, Naked is from the song Totally Nude.
I’ll sneak in “Nothing Like the Sun” by Sting. Title taken from the song “Sister Moon,” in particular the line: “My mistress’ eyes are nothing like the sun.” (Which is actually from Shakespeare’s Sonnet #130.)
