can you get a restricted permit to sell/serve alcohol with only your passport in the state of indiana ? ( a foreign one)
Do you have other proof of your ability to legally work in the United States?
im actually waiting on my papers ( work permit ) , they’re probably coming in january or feb .
Perhaps you should check with the state of Indiana instead of getting a lot of (probably) erroneous guesses on a message board?
I don’t see why it would be an issue as long as you have proof that you are eligible to work in this country. Chefguy gives good advice though. Call the ATC directly and ask them. The number to their Employee Permit Section is (317) 232-2455.
