Alex_Dubinsky has had a long history of warnings on the SDMB. He has been suspended three times, most recently last year.
In May, after yet another warning, he was notified by e-mail that, given his history, any additional rules violations of any kind would be likely to result in revocation of his posting privileges. Despite this, he chose to again violate the rules, and has been banned.
