Now, was this just made up for the show, or is it part of preestablished UFO folklore, or is it actually true?
If you listened carefully, they called it UN General Order 1013, which is the number that Chris Carter likes to hide in the show (his birthday, his production company is 1013, the release date of the XFiles in some markets was 1013).
