The largest penalty for violation of a ‘no call’ statute was announced by Missouri Attorney General Jay Nixon.

ADT agreed to pay a penalty of $275,000 for breaking Missouri law, harasssing Missourians in the privacy of their own homes, and being asshats in genaral.

Flame ADT, telemarketing firms in general, and telemarketers at will.
