- My MS Strategic Commander has died a fairly quick death: the buttons started occasionally firing or repeating just two days ago, making it unusable… I want something kind of the same. MSSC’s are still available as close-outs; all the places that used to retail them have stopped but I can still snag a couple if I act quickly. This controller wasn’t quite perfect (the drivers didn’t work exactly correct in anything after Win98) but it was pretty good.

- Belkin has their control pad-thingy out; I have seen the pad proced around $30, I think, pretty cheap compared to the MS. Has anybody here used it? - DougC
