Allergic to water, including your own tears and sweat?

Totally different skin condition, but dyshidrotic eczema can be associated with sweaty feet and hands. Outbreaks can be more prevalent during warm weather. The link claims that sweating is not currently believed to be the cause though. Regardless, washing hands can dry them out, which is thought to exacerbate eczema. This is interesting. I recently came across a co-worker who came back to her old job because she couldn’t wear gloves all day in the laboratory job she left the old job for. She had certainly worn gloves in the old job, just never for more than 10-20 minutes, and had never had a reaction to either latex or neoprene or the powders. Turned out she was having an allergic reaction to her own sweat under the extended-wear conditions in the lab. The only solution was to wear these expensive glove liners and change them hourly, and even then she was having difficulty tolerating her skin reaction. It was terrible, she got what looked like second degree burns with pitting and ulcers all over her hands. She tried for four months but had to quit and I would have done the same. I probably would have quit a lot sooner. I’m sure she told me the medical name for her problem, but it came down to an allergic reaction occurring under that circumstance.

Dasani was withdrawn from the UK market when it was revealed that the expensive bottled water was tap water.

Plus the whole bottled spunk advertising

Just no

Si

How could they sentence someone who isn’t in custody? Your question presupposes that there was anything left of him to find and arrest ;).

That said - I’d heard of this extreme water sensitivity and was skeptical, but after hearing from WhyNot and QtM, am far less so.

Changing the OP’s direction a little, is anyone else allergic to their own blood and toil?
