Anyone remember My π?

There was one near the Loyola L station through the 70’s and into the 80’s. There was another near Clark Street and Diversy (New Town). The stuff wasn’t bad. My wife who’s from France, stopped eating deep dish forever when they closed. I think I saw one in Lincoln Park not too long ago.

My Pi is a good medium-thick pizza. Personally, I think Lou Malnatti’s also belongs in that category more than in the deep-dish category. Sarpino’s is also a good medium-crust pizza.

I remember the original My Pi on Sheridan when I lived in that area, and always thought it had the best pizza I’d ever had. Sadly, I moved away and years later when I happened to be back in the area found that the whole neighborhood had changed. I wonder if the current incarnation is as good as the original.

Besides the one MikeG mentioned, there’s another one at 2010 N Damen, which the website describes as “mostly carryout and delivery, with a few dine-in seats”.
