Yeah, but for some reason you can no longer get that great blue stuff that was available several years ago.

Exercise? Haha. When I was in college and needed to pull an all-nighter, I’d get up for physical activity now and then. Like if I was feeling sleepy, I’d stand up and run around the room a bit.

Apples also help. I’m not sure what it is exactly in it but it’s most likely the water content so staying hydrated will work too.

  1. Non-tobacco source of nicotine, vaping, lozenges, etc.

  2. Convince a doctor you need amphetamines. Exercise left to the reader.

Also consider if you might have sleep apnea.
