I recall an ep in which Wile E. actually catches the bird…has his around the Roadrunner’s neck.

And immediately gets dusted by something. But just for that one shining second, he had the bird He actually had the bird.

Does anyone else remember this episode?

Thanks for the reply. I must confess to being amiss here…I actually read that thread and really do remember it. BUT…

This is different. What I recall is Wile E. actually, in real time, at real size, catching up to the RoadRunner, had his hand around his neck…and then gets whapped by something. It was very brief. No poster or anything…but just for that one shining .5 second…

I am so sure I saw this…

There’s also the episode Solid Tin Coyote where an Acme Robot Coyote catches the roadrunner.

I vaguely remember it too, but can’t offer any specifics.

There was a poster popular in the late sixties, with Wile E.'s hands around the roadrunner’s neck, with the title “Beep Beep!, My Ass” Oddly, after doing a search, I can’t find an image online. I know it existed, we had it in our house back in the day, and I can find reference to it, but not an image.

In that search, was reminded of an episode where Wile E was using an Acme product, and the label showed that Acme was a “subsidiary of Roadrunner Enterprises”.
