It really doesn’t sound like you can afford rent anyway. Maybe the three of you can discuss moving to a larger apartment? They’re probably planning on children someday and will need another bedroom and at that time you can move. Start planning for that right away.
I couldn’t imagine putting up with these living arrangements for more than a week. But as it seems you guys can more than handle it, the above suggestion seems the best out of this thread.
