Astro it’s not just you. I got that e-mail too. Several times. Until this thread I read it just like you did where they’re basically saying “what in the hell’s wrong with you that you’re ignoring us like that?” Now I see that it’s just a terribly worded document.
I kept ignoring it because they said right up front that they only need the information if you do over $20,000 in transactions through PayPal and I don’t. But since they kept sending this e-mail day after day after day I finally just caved and gave them the damn information. It finally stopped.
