Am I too picky about movies?

I didn’t say that they didn’t have pretty respectable ratings. I said that they weren’t universally loved. (Please note that Hostile Dialect used exactly that term.) None of the four films that Hostile Dialect mentioned is generally considered a real classic. They’re considered on average to be at least fairly decent films. Still, my advice is to see all of some of the films recommended to you, read what some film buffs think about them, and make up your own mind.

Jesus H.!!! what the hell is the matter with you blondebear?

Its people like you who just will not recognise the existensial metaphors about gay third world drug addicts who are just trying, for gods sake they’ve gone through so much in their lives, just trying to come to terms with the White,Fascist Western lifestyle and then when somebody tries to present their case in a movie its people like you who denigrate them, victimsof society that they are.

I’m not talking to you any more.
Sorry I’m just too upset.

I heard that was a good movie.

Don’t worry about it - if you are are too picky about movies then ultimately you’ll become a film director!

I like the way you think. I must admit I’ve thought about picking up a camera and taking a crack at filmmaking again. (I made a couple movies in high school for my senior project, and they were awful. I’m kinda pissed at myself, because I was too lazy to come up with any good ideas back then, let alone execute them, when I had an assload of professional equipment at my command; now, I don’t have access to any of that stuff and can’t afford it, and I have good ideas for movies. C’est la vie.)
