I’ve been seeing the preview over and over lately and it has me a little worried. AR is my favorite reality show (along with Survivor) and I’m really excited that it’s finally made the fall schedule. Is it me, or does the preview make it seem that this time they’ve decided to only choose teams that are going to have meltdowns or be jerks? There’s always a team or two that you love to hate, but one thing I’ve always loved about this show is that there are always teams you love to love as well - it’s a balance. The show is still about the race itself and not about the teams fighting amongst themselves or with each other. But the previews for the fall season seem to show nothing but teams who yell at each other or are catty. If every team is like that, it’s going to get old quick.
I really, really hope that AR doesn’t turn into a soap opera and that the preview is “just editing”.
