You can pull up your Amazon browsing history and delete items from it, so that they are not used as a basis for your recommendations. You can do it with items you’ve purchased, too. It’s very easy to do, as I recall it.

That’s if the bizarre recommendations are annoying you. If they’re entertaining you, you should probably seek out more odd things to browse.
