I loved the fight that broke out at the dinner party and Stan’s inability to grasp what was going on in the refugee camp. I was surprised that he didn’t go all CIA on the rebels at the end, however.
Awesome “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?” gags.
I loved this episode. I dare say it was the best of the series so far. The Roger/Francine story. The bit at the end was hilarious (“You’ll just have to live with that for the rest of your life.”).
I also enjoyed the Chris Makepeace/Meatballs/The Bodyguard reference and “Three words: Hall. And. Oates”.
What was the reference with the camp brochures coming out of the box of roses. My husband said it he thinks it’s The Terminator, but I’m not sure.
From IMDB:
I should note that it’s from Terminator 2: Judgment Day, not the original movie.
