Doubt it. Some people are really that stupid. I once knew a woman who had Bachelor’s degree in business, which I would assume takes at least some brains to obtain. However, she was surprised when she found out Americans could get married in Hawaii. Because, you know, it’s a different country. 
Yeah, Hawaii’s the stupidest country. Africa is second stupidest.
I don’t get it. Europe is a dumb country.
Fun Fact: Americans can’t get married in DC since it’s not a state.
The more there is to know about in this world, the less many people care to learn about it. There is a kind of elegant simplicity to ignorance. It makes it easier to believe that you are the center of the universe.
