American Internet Courtesy

I have been a member of various internet boards and fora over the past ten years and it has been an enriching experience.

I simply want to say that American boards stand out for courtesy and good behaviour. Even harsh criticism is well expressed.

Of course this is a sweeping generalisation and perhaps reflects the type of boards I’m likely to join. Nevertheless I respect good manners and appreciate civilised discourse.
