But I will be voting for the Libertarian candidate and I’m not sure what’s meant to be gained in a poll that doesn’t include all of the true options.

(IMHO) Well, polls are generally meaningless in any case, but, let’s face it, the reality is the Libertarian candidate or any other independent or “third party cand.” is unlikely to garner many votes* and, like it or not, the election will basically be between the Dem and Pub.

This is in no way a suggestion that a third party candidate shouldn’t be considered, or that they - as some people have said on occasion - have no right to run, just that at this point in our political history they don’t have much of a chance.
